Kathy Stephenson is a senior lecturer in Educational
Policy at Sheffield Hallam University and the Course Leader of the University's
Certificate of Higher Education in Hypnotherapy. Kathy is an Advanced Cognitive
Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner and divides her time between lecturing
and running a busy private practice.
Kathy specialises in helping clients to overcome debilitating fears and phobias,
reduce stress, and build inner confidence to unlock their true potential, by
making beneficial changes from within. She has developed the Innerchange range
of high quality professional CD's by drawing on her combined experience as an
educationalist and highly successful therapist.
