Innerchange CD Programme
The Innerchange CD range has been developed using a combination of hypnotherapeutic suggestions, NLP techniques, creative visualisation and soothing music to help to guide you into a state of complete mental and physical relaxation. Each CD is professionally recorded and lasts approximately 40 minutes. They are based upon many hours of clinical experience and are completely safe and natural. Regular listening to the positive suggestions and soothing metaphors helps you to focus your awareness within, bypass conscious resistance, replace negative thought patterns and bring about beneficial changes. An accompanying booklet helps to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.

How to pay for Innerchange CDs.
CDs can be purchased through our secure credit card payment provider or by cheque.
